Data Deletion Instructions

1 · Delete your Meta Ads connection

In Agentative, go to Settings → Connected Platforms → Meta Ads → Disconnect. Disconnecting immediately revokes Agentative’s authorization with Meta and removes your stored Meta access tokens and credentials from our systems.

Analytics data already imported from your Meta account is retained as part of your account history until you delete your Agentative account (section 2).

2 · Delete your Agentative account and all data

In Agentative, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.

• We email you a single-use confirmation link (valid for 5 minutes).
• Confirming schedules full deletion after a 30-day grace period, during which you can cancel from the same page or by contacting us.
• On execution we delete your account records, connected-platform credentials and tokens (including Meta), imported analytics, stored files, and caches, and we anonymize your audit-log entries.
• Where applicable, we forward your deletion request to connected third-party platforms.

3 · Request deletion without logging in

Email support@agentative.ai from the email address on your account with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. We verify your identity, then process the same deletion flow described in section 2. We respond within 30 days.
